📍 Location: 309 N Cattlemen Rd, Unit 2, Sarasota, FL

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Naturally confident and outgoing? Join our member service team at our upscale Perspire Sauna Studio – Lakewood Ranch UTC! We are hiring Sales Associates who are positive, results-driven, and love connecting with people.

🚨 Must have weekend availability and be flexible to pick up additional shifts as needed. 🚨

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Sell memberships confidently in a commission-based environment
🔹 Connect with leads using our CRM (high-energy outreach)
🔹 Educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas & memberships
🔹 Set reservations and book follow-ups
🔹 Provide welcoming studio tours to new guests
🔹 Maintain a clean, organized facility (sauna room turnover, towels, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for wellness
✔ Team player with an excellent attendance record
✔ Must have weekend availability and be flexible to cover shifts as needed
✔ Confidence in sales and a motivation to exceed goals
