Sales Associate | Early-Morning Focus

Perspire Sauna Studio – West Loop, Chicago

Position Snapshot




  • Status: Part-time, 25 hours per week to start


  • Schedule:

    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 06:30 – 11:00

    • Sunday 07:30 – 14:30




  • Path to Full-time: Show up, deliver, stay reliable, and we will gladly expand your hours.

What You Will Do



  • Convert leads into members through energetic outreach and studio tours

  • Present the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of ongoing membership

  • Book reservations and follow-up appointments through our CRM

  • Welcome guests, answer questions, and ensure every visit feels effortless

  • Keep the studio spotless, including quick turnover of sauna rooms and towel inventory

Compensation: $16.25 per hour
