About the Role:

Join Bloomer Hardware as a Sales Associate/Cashier and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll engage with customers, assist with their hardware needs, and ensure a seamless checkout experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers in-store.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and checkout area.

Restock shelves and assist with inventory management.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Promote current sales and special offers to customers.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions.

Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of hardware products is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
