Up Closets of Tulsa is hiring a Sales Designer – Custom Closets—a charismatic closer who can turn qualified leads into loyal customers and grow their income by generating their own.

What You’ll Do

• Sell Smart: Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them into delighted customers

• Drive Your Own Success: Supplement company leads with your own outreach or referrals for even higher commission rates

• Use Design to Close: Utilize our user-friendly design software (training provided) to craft compelling visual proposals

• Follow Through to the Finish: Stay in touch with every client—follow up consistently, close the deal, and ensure a smooth post-sale experience

• Stay in the Loop: Keep clients informed through project updates and post-installation check-ins

You’re Right for This If You Are:

A confident closer with at least 2 years of sales experience

Proactive in follow-ups and persistent in sealing the deal

Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads and manage your sales funnel

Personable and professional in post-sale communication

Tech-comfortable and fast to learn new systems

Reliable with a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Nice-to-Have Experience (Not Required):

Background in closet design, home organization, or remodeling
