Your Role:

  • Work with Established Clients — and Find New Ones: Support existing accounts while confidently reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, and in-person visits.

  • Be Comfortable on the Move: You’ll spend time on the road visiting clients, scouting new leads, and connecting with vendors.

  • Drive Results: Help plan daily work schedules, call on current and potential customers, and help grow sales under the guidance of your Sales Executive.

  • Build Relationships: Work with your Sales Executive to identify and win new accounts — and make customers into loyal partners.

  • Deliver on Promises: Listen to customer needs carefully and make sure we deliver what we say we will — every time.

  • Support the Budget: Help track and meet sales budgets managed by your Sales Executive across daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals.

  • Solve Problems Smartly: Tackle product and service issues by diagnosing problems and recommending the best solutions.

  • Learn Every Day: Master our products, participate in product training, join farm tours, and always stay curious about what’s new.

  • Know Your Market: Keep an eye on competitors, trends, and customer needs to help us stay one step ahead.



Requirements

  • Comfort working independently — whether behind the wheel, on the phone, or meeting face-to-face.
