Your Mission:

  • Be a Closer: Service existing clients — but make your name by identifying, targeting, and winning new accounts.

  • Own Your Territory: Treat it like your own business. Track prospects, manage leads, and drive sales with a strategic, persistent approach.

  • Know Your Numbers: Build and maintain budgets at the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly level — and push to exceed them.

  • Get in Front of Clients: Hit the phones, hit the road, and stay connected — you know sales happen when you show up.

  • Price to Win: Develop smart, competitive pricing structures that win business while protecting margins.

  • Keep Your Edge: Monitor competitors, track industry moves, and always be ready with the next great solution.

  • Solve Problems, Build Loyalty: Turn customer challenges into opportunities to deepen relationships and secure long-term wins.

  • Push for More: Recommend new products, services, and strategies based on what you see and hear in the field.

  • Stay Hungry to Learn: Expand your product knowledge, visit farms and partners, walk the warehouse, and know your stuff inside and out.
