We work with property management companies that own single-family homes and communities across the country, offering reliable, cost-effective plumbing solutions. We’re looking for a seasoned, results-driven sales professional to help us expand our reach in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced sales representative who has built relationships with property management companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area who wants to expand their reach. The ideal candidate should already have established connections with property management decision-makers, specifically those handling maintenance needs, and be able to quickly secure work orders for plumbing services.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, develop, and close new business with property management companies that own single-family homes and communities.
Sell our plumbing services by leveraging your existing relationships within the property management industry.
Work closely with decision-makers to understand their needs and provide customized plumbing solutions.
Drive sales and ensure a quick turnaround on work orders.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only position with no base salary. Your compensation will be a percentage of the sales you generate:

5% commission on all sales in the first year from each new client.
1% commission on sales in subsequent years from existing clients, for remainder of employment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, particularly within the property management industry.
Strong, established relationships with property management companies and decision-makers in Dallas/ Fort Worth.
Ability and desire to quickly secure work orders and close deals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent.
Ability to thrive in a commission-based environment.
