It distinguishes itself from other group fitness concepts built on insecurity and competition by creating an environment that raises everyone up so they come together, rowing on the same rhythm, with the same flow and energy. Rowing has long been recognized by serious athletes as one of the most effective forms of full-body exercise and Row House's workout stays true to form. Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once, the brand's fitness program offers an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.
POSITION:
The main focus of the Sales Rep Fitness Advisor is to represent Row House to potential clients, bring new prospects/members in the door, and close sales (including memberships, packages, and retail merchandise) by presenting a solution to meet the client's goals. Along with bringing in new prospects, the Sales Associate focuses on retaining current members by providing stellar customer service in a fast paced environment. A background in fitness particularly being able to provide personalized class recommendations to clients based on their specific fitness needs and goals is highly preferred but not required.
