A well-established healthcare company is seeking a motivated Sales Representative with a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and clinical research. This role involves regularly visiting medical offices throughout the Los Angeles area to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, promote our services, and provide education on our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to medical offices to promote services and build relationships with healthcare professionals
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and maintain high service standards
• Achieve sales targets by identifying and converting new business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, clinical research, or related field; proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales, clinical trials, and healthcare protocols; ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely to medical professionals
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and verbal skills; able to build rapport with medical staff and convey the value of our services effectively
• Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and planning skills to manage a schedule of office visits across Los Angeles efficiently
• Self-Motivated: Highly driven with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals and identifying new client opportunities
• Adaptability: Ability to stay informed on industry trends, respond to client needs, and adjust strategies as needed
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with clinical trial data systems is a plus
