Sales Support Administrator - Temp

Temporary Position-Up to 90 days. Opportunity to become permanent.

Summary:

A dynamic role supporting sales administration and customer service, including catering, managing office supplies and replenishment, greeting and directing visitors, and routing company voice messages.  Duties may also include customer portal administration, scorecard management, and backing up sales administrators as necessary. 

• Greet and direct visitors as necessary
• Forward voice messages from phone service to recipients
• Managing company catering
• Ordering and replenishing office supplies as required
• Customer portal administration
• Customer scorecard management
• Managing tax certificates in ERP system
• Support sales administrators with processing quotes, orders, and shipments
• Additional sales administration and customer service duties as required

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school graduate. Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role desired 

Other Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Salesforce experience a plus
• Ability to work dependably, unsupervised
• Ability to communicate professionally and clearly, both written and orally
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Patience and professionalism under pressure, with strong attention to detail
• Must be reliable, pleasant, and professional in appearance and manner 

Schedule: M-F 9am - 3pm onsite in our Bohemia, NY location
