As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving increased service sales and high average ticket sales. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with potential spa members, showcasing the benefits of our spa memberships and converting leads into loyal customers.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication, professional appearance and  great interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing guest expectations and ensuring their spa experiences are exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage / Generate sales leads and convert them into spa membership sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing individual needs
- Create a relaxing spa atmosphere that promotes a sense of tranquility and rejuvenation
- Maximize service sales and average ticket amounts by recommending additional treatments and services
- Manage guest expectations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable spa experience
- Maintain areas of first impression for all guests upon arrival in a clean and orderly manner

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the spa or wellness industry
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to convert leads into sales
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing personalized experiences
- Knowledge of spa treatments and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple guest appointments

We offer competitive hourly plus series / gift card sales commissions in a supportive work environment that encourages personal growth and development. Hourly is based upon sales experience, sales and member prospect conversation rates.
