Part-Time Sales/Marketing Representative
Location: Gloucester City, NJ (and surrounding areas)
Schedule: Part-Time (24–30 hours/week)
Compensation: $23–$25/hour + Commission

Always Best Care of Camden is a trusted provider of non-medical home care services, dedicated to delivering compassionate and reliable care to seniors and disabled individuals. We serve clients through Medicaid, VA benefits, and private pay sources. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and personable Sales/Marketing Representative to help expand our client base and referral network in the Camden County area.

Position Summary:

The Sales/Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, social workers, and case managers. You will promote Always Best Care’s services and educate prospective clients and families about our offerings, with a strong focus on customer service and community presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners


• Represent the company at networking events, health fairs, and community functions


• Conduct in-person visits and presentations to potential referral sources


• Identify new business opportunities and track leads through the sales cycle


• Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients


• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and client interactions

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in healthcare or senior services)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently


• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (local travel required)


• Willingness to submit to a formal background check


• Familiarity with Medicaid, VA, and private pay systems is a plus
