Part-time Salon & Suite Administrator, Manager, Social Media & Sales Specialist
We're looking for a dynamic and licensed Cosmetologist to join our upscale salon and suites dual role position! This unique part-time role offers a dual opportunity: you'll oversee daily operations and promote a premium customer experience while also having the flexibility to work as an independent stylist within our suites. Your efforts will be key in fostering a positive and profitable and professional salon environment.
What You'll Do:
Oversee Operations: Ensure the smooth running of our upscale salon and spa.
Customer Experience: Promote and deliver a premium experience for all clients.
Inventory Management: Manage and report inventory weekly to keep our products stocked.
Marketing & Sales: Coordinate salon/spa marketing efforts and handle paperwork for leasing to new stylists/beauty professionals.
Administrative Duties: Manage online scheduling and appointments, and report daily sales to ownership.
Maintain Standards: Ensure all cleanliness, safety, and health regulations are upheld to salon and state standards.
What You'll Bring:
Active Cosmetology License: This is a must-have for the role.
Leadership Skills: Strong diplomatic leadership abilities to guide and motivate.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organization: Superior organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience: Previous experience in a salon/spa leadership role is preferred.
