- Excellent personal/social skills when dealing with, customers, co-workers, Manager and Owner.
- Flexible. Able to adapt to sudden changes throughout the day.
- Handle cash and other tenders of payment.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Answering all phone calls and emails.
- Scheduling/Booking all service appointments.
- Perform light administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner.
- Team player, supportive of Stylists’,Manager's and Owner's needs.
- Customer Service is key here at M Salon Houston.
