INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE LESS THAN 3 ATTENDANCE POINT IN ORDER TO APPLY

General Description:

• Main duties involve billing out loads and entering information into a computer.
• Data entry and computer work
• Interaction with truck drivers
• Answering phones and customer service skills
• Provide instruction and directions to carriers
• Pull manifests and B.O.L. from printer: organize for completed loads
• Assign seals on full trucks; verify envelop to trade to ensure match
• Communicate and exchange info effectively between traffic and accounting
• Inbound inspection
• Weigh inbound trailers and categorize accordingly
• Clean/maintain scale house – presentable

Required skills:

•     Attention to detail
•     Computer knowledge
•     10 key a plus
•     Able to communicate verbally and in written form in English
•     Able to work all 3 shifts as needed
