Scanner/Mail Administrator - Reston, VA - Part time ON SITE in RESTON - Each Tuesday & Friday***

Mode: temp w/seasonality September and October before dropping off in November.

Ideal candidate will have worked with medical records, scanning, and mailroom experience.

In this role, you will:

Support Accommodation Management incoming mail (80%)

• Receive and log incoming mail into a SmartSheet tracker
• Scan mail into a digital format
• QC scans to ensure legibility and completeness
• Securely file physical materials for storage
• Provide information upon request related to previous inbound mail

Complete Special Projects (20%)

• Establish new metrics to monitor and control key performance indicators
• Internalize and incorporate feedback to drive operational efficiencies for accommodations requiring paper testing
• Tackle on-off project (with clear direction)

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• A proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with a team
• Strong organizational skills with a predisposition toward action and production of results and outcomes
• Proficiency in SmartSheets and Microsoft Office applications
