Scheduler/Recruiter (Part-Time)

Position Overview:
As the Scheduler/Recruiter, you’ll manage weekly staff schedules and lead hiring efforts for our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Your work helps ensure our clients receive stable, quality care from committed, compassionate staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain staff schedules across multiple supported living homes
• Communicate with employees regarding shift availability, schedule changes, and time-off
• Recruit DSP candidates: post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and required trainings
• Track employee certifications, availability, and other staffing data
• Work closely with management to meet staffing needs and agency goals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-Time (30 hours/week)
• Potential advancement to full time after 60 day review
• Monday–Friday (No on-call required)
• In Office, Non-remote position
• $23.00/hour

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in scheduling or recruiting (preferably in healthcare or disability services)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Paylocity and scheduling/recruiting tools
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and finger prints
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
