School Registrar

• Student Management System: Organize, track, and manage student records related to registration, enrollment, attendance, scheduling, and grades of students.
• Compliance and Accountability:  Regular reporting to Indiana Department of Education, including graduation audits is required.
• Data Collection and Review: Collects, interprets, and examines data to identify root causes, evaluate actions, and continuously improve processes to achieve program goals.
• Community Partnerships: Creates strong working partnerships with schools to secure supplemental information such as transcripts or school reports to complete and maintain student files. 
• Teamwork:  provides support to the instructional team in meeting educational goals and adhering to the Indiana Academic Standards.

• Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Previous school office experience is preferred.
• Communication Skills:  Articulates thoughts and expresses ideas effectively using oral, written, visual, and non-verbal communication skills, as well as listening skills to comprehend others' needs.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Student Information Systems is preferred.
• Values: A commitment to integrity, service excellence, and collaborative leadership, alongside flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, and travel needs.
