As a School-Age Van Driver at the Transformational Education Adventure (T.E.A.) Center, you’ll help children start and end their days with a smile—making a meaningful impact while enjoying your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Safely pick up and drop off children (within 3 miles) using a 15-passenger van.

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise and engage with children in the program.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor children to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage a small group of 10–15 children at a time.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean driving record and pass all background checks.

  
  


• 
  

  Be reliable, punctual, and dependable.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in staff meetings and assist with in-service training as needed.

  
  

Schedule:

• 
  

  Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

  
  

Qualifications:

  Strong communication and customer service skills.

  Excellent organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Mandatory availability for scheduled hours (2:30–6:30 PM).
