What You’ll Do

Responsible For Assisting With Freeman Screen Team Activities Such As: Health Fairs, Teaching Classes And Other Marketing Functions That Promote Freeman Health System.  Primary Functions Are Entering And Completing Patient Results In Database, Acting As A Lead Phlebotomist, And Assisting With Eds Clinics. Consistent With The Mission Statement And Goal Of Freeman Health System, Acts To Model Health, By Maintaining An Optimal Level Of Personal Health, A Professional Appearance And A Positive Attitude. Works Under The Supervision Of The Screen Team Coordinator And Director Of Prevention And Wellness.

Requirements

•Safe Sitter Instructor Certification Within One Year Of Hire.
•Auto Liability Insurance.
•Must Pass Dot Physical.
•Clean Driving Record.
•Current Missouri Class E Or Other State's Equivalent Driver's License.
•Aha Bls For Healthcare Providers Within 365 Days.
•Aha Bls Instructor Within 365 Days.
