The Knoll at Nashoba Valley Winery is now hiring Line Cooks for the 2025 season! Whether you're looking for a fun weekend job or full-time seasonal work, this is your chance to be part of a high-energy outdoor restaurant serving over 500 guests a day during peak season.

Scheduling Options:

• Weekend Shifts: Saturday and/or Sunday | 10AM – 5PM
• Weekday Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday available. Work one, two or all shifts
• Part-time and full-time seasonal roles available through mid-November

Compensation:

• Base hourly pay of $15 + tips
• We guarantee tips of $5 but generally tips run from 5 to 12/hour in tips depending on volume and time of year

Position Summary:
As a Line Cook, you’ll work directly in our open-air kitchen, rotating through stations like the fry area, flat-top grill, cold prep, and pizza oven. You’ll also help expedite orders, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. Your role is essential to ensuring our guests receive fresh, delicious food—fast.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Taking and processing orders using our Toast POS system
• Coordinating and grouping tickets to streamline kitchen flow
• Operating a dedicated food station (Fry, Grill, Pizza, or Cold)
• Checking and expediting orders to ensure accuracy and quality
• Assisting with daily setup and end-of-day breakdown
• Keeping your workspace clean and fully stocked
• Learning our menu and ingredients (we’ll train you!)
• Helping wherever needed to keep the team running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior kitchen experience required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work quickly and stay cool under pressure
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and a true team player
