Job Summary

SEASONAL. Help maintain the grounds around the property perimeter, clean gasoline/diesel pumps regularly, fix issues that may arise. Must be able to work with others. The ideal candidate is a hard worker who can work in all weather conditions, in tight spaces, and be able to be on their feet for long periods of time.

Responsibilities:

Mow/ weed eat around perimeter

Spray bugs

Water plants

Clean gasoline/ diesel pumps regularly

Repair issues as they arise

Ensure outdoor areas are protected from inclement weather

Assist with other projects

Ability to build frames, ETC

Run pressure washer

Operate New Holland tractor

Qualifications:

Previous experience in MAINTENANCE

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods

Ability to adhere to safety rules and regulations

Ability to work as a TEAM PLAYER

Good work ethic

MUST have a clean driving record with valid license

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
