ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: FireLake Discount Foods

SUPERVISOR:  Firelake Discount Foods Customer Service 

FLSA:  Non-Exempt

PAY RANGE:  $12.00-$17.00 hour

 JOB SUMMARY: A Security Manager shall maintain outstanding customer service. The Security Manager is responsible for the efficient accomplishment of customer satisfaction throughout the store while protecting FireLake Discount Foods assets.   

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for communicating with management and security manager threats to FireLake Discount Foods assets occur. 
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Responsible for checking customer receipts that come out of Firelake Smokeshop. 
• Responsible for checking customer grocery receipts that come out of Firelake Discount Foods.
• Sitting or standing for long periods of time, occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping, good finger dexterity and feeling, frequent repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Ability to communicate with associates and customers. 
• Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation. 
• Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-75 pounds. 
• Ability to work varied hours or days as business dictates. 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform other duties and projects as required by management.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Normal retail grocery store environment.
