Job Summary:
Saberone Security Solutions, LLC is seeking a responsible and professional Security Guard – Transportation Specialist (unarmed) to safely transport individuals from cruise ships to the airport while providing a secure and comfortable travel experience. The ideal candidate will have an excellent driving record, a valid driver’s license, and experience in unarmed security. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure passenger safety during transit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport passengers from cruise terminals to the airport in a timely manner.
- Provide a secure and professional presence during transport.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Assist passengers with luggage as needed.
- Monitor surroundings for any security concerns and report incidents accordingly.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- Prior experience in security, transportation, or related field preferred.
- Ability to remain alert and observant while operating a vehicle.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Norfolk, VA roads and airport routes.
