Security Prime Consultants, Inc. is seeking a reliable, self-starter Security Guard to maintain a strong security presence on site. The ideal candidate works well independently, conducts hourly patrols, documents issues, and enforces property policies in a professional and de-escalatory manner. This position requires use of a smartphone and company software while on duty.

Post Location: 19324 Soledad Canyon Rd, Canyon Country, CA 91351

Schedule:
- 3 days per week (randomly selected within Monday–Sunday)
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Shift days rotate; schedule provided in advance

Responsibilities:
- Perform hourly patrols of the assigned property to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor access points and report any irregularities or safety concerns.
- Document incidents, patrol observations, and maintenance needs using company software.
- Enforce property policies and rules; calmly address non-compliance and request removal of violators per policy.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and safety concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate clearly with property management and security team as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor; provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.
- Complete all required reports accurately and on time.

Requirements:
- Valid security guard license/registration as required by state law.
- Prior security or public safety experience preferred.
- Smart phone with data plan; comfortable using company software on duty.
- Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to document incidents clearly.
- Ability to de-escalate tense situations and act in a calm, professional manner.
- Reliable transportation or ability to arrive on-site as scheduled.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
