Security Officer - Part-Time

Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Flex Security Officer to support hospitality-related assignments throughout the Denver area. This position provides coverage at multiple properties based on scheduling demands, special events, and operational needs.
Officers in this role may work at hotels, event venues, or other customer-facing properties. Flex officers should be comfortable adapting to different environments while maintaining a professional appearance and strong customer service approach during every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide security coverage at assigned hospitality and guest-service properties
• Maintain a professional and visible presence throughout each assignment
• Monitor property activity and identify safety or security concerns
• Assist guests, visitors, and staff members in a respectful and courteous manner
• Support access control procedures and site-specific security requirements
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, or policy violations appropriately
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation accurately
• Communicate with supervisors, dispatch, and property contacts during shifts
• Follow all post instructions, company standards, and client expectations

Work Schedule & Conditions

• Schedule may vary depending on site coverage and staffing needs
• Assignments can change throughout the week based on operational demands
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage may be required
• Work environments may include indoor lobbies, outdoor areas, hotels, and event spaces

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Denver Guard Card
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable adjusting to different locations and post assignments
• Reliable attendance and professional conduct required

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or security work
• Background in multi-site or flex officer assignments preferred
• Familiarity with incident reporting and daily documentation
• Ability to remain professional in fast-paced environments
