Job Description - Security Sales Representative




Salesperson Wanted: Commission-Based


Are you a motivated sales professional looking to earn based on your performance? We’re seeking a commission-based salesperson to join our team to expand our physical security service! If you’re passionate about closing deals, building relationships, and exceeding targets, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads

  • Present our security services to potential clients

  • Negotiate and close sales

  • Maintain strong customer relationships

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

  • Familiarity with the security industry

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Compensation:

  • Commission-based: Earn based on your sales performance

  • Competitive commission rates



Location: Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino County area




Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
