đź’µ Pay Scale:
$18/hr – High-performing DSPs with experience and credentials but not QMHP-qualified
$20/hr – QMHP-A/T with Bachelor's Degree
$23/hr – QMHP-A/T with Master’s Degree
$25/hr – Licensed or license-eligible QMHP-A
đź’° $500 Signing Bonus for credentialed QMHPs after 90 days of successful employment
🛠️ QRF Responsibilities:
- Serve as an on-site stabilizer, supporting both individuals with intensive needs and the DSPs who work alongside them
- Implement and model person-centered, trauma-informed, and behavioral interventions
- Coach DSPs on engagement, behavior tracking, and service documentation
- Support medication administration (if certified) and monitor compliance
- Assist with emotional support, redirection, and daily living tasks
- Uphold human rights, ensure safety, and model regulatory excellence
- Reinforce a culture of accountability, presence, and respect—the Brighter Day Way
đź“‹ Requirements:
For QMHPs: Must meet VDH/VDHP qualifications for QMHP-A or QMHP-T
For DSPs: Must have relevant experience and certification in TOVA, Med Tech, and/or CPR/First Aid
- 6+ months of experience with ID/DD or behavioral health populations
- Strong documentation and leadership skills
- Must be dependable, flexible, and confident supporting individuals with behavior challenges
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
