Job Description - Senior Summer Soccer Camp Lead (Youth Ages 612)

About the Role:
We’re hiring a passionate and energetic coach to lead our Summer Soccer Camp for beginner athletes ages 6–12. You’ll run engaging drills, coach fundamentals, develop curriculum and create a positive environment where every child learns, grows, and has fun on the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and lead daily soccer sessions focused on skill development, teamwork, and fun
Deliver and adapt soccer curriculum to fit age and ability levels
Maintain a safe and organized play environment
Communicate clearly with campers, staff, and parents
Support transitions, check-in/check-out, and team huddles
Manage other camp counselors.
Serve as a role model who embodies Strong’s values: Care, Educate, Inspire

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

Soccer experience (playing or coaching), especially with kids ages 6–12
High energy, great personality, strong communication, and a team-first mindset
Ability to lead drills, small games, and skill stations independently
Organized and proactive—able to manage groups with confidence
CPR/AED certification preferred but not required
