Job Title: Server
Location: Air National Guard, Montgomery, AL

Qualifications: 
  • ServSafe Certification.
  • Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Food handler's certification may be required.
Duties:
  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next customer.
  • Process customer payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
