Compensation: $2.33/hour plus points in tip pool
Shifts: All Day Shifts (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Job Summary:
As a server, you are the face of Goodstone, setting the tone for each guest’s dining experience. Your focus on service excellence helps create lasting impressions that keep guests returning. At Goodstone, service matters—more than food—when it comes to guest loyalty. We strive to exceed food, wine, service, and atmosphere expectations.
Essential Functions:
- Take orders and deliver food and beverages using suggestive selling techniques.
- Support F&B operations as needed, including:
- Handling guest requests
- Cleaning up unexpected spills
- Assisting with general service tasks
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Fine dining experience preferred
Maturity and the ability to stay composed under pressure
Job Type:
Part-Time. Must be available for a flexible schedule, including mid and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to:
- Stand for extended periods
- Walk, climb stairs, reach, and use hands regularly
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
