Come work at our flagship Batbox venue in Addison, Texas at ‘Village on the Parkway’.

What You’ll Do
As a Batbox server, you’ll be in the heart of the action

You will deliver crave-worthy dishes, signature drinks and all-out fun

You’ll create legendary experiences, keep the floor moving, and cheer on players as the swing for the fences in our one-of-a-kind innovative baseball simulator boxes

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for servers with 1-3 years experience who are enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused

You have a knack for making genuine connections and providing exceptional service, even during the busiest times

You are at least 21 years old

What to Expect

This role is active and hands-on, and you can expect to:

Servers are ‘Tipped Team Members’ who earn a base hourly rate plus tips. If your average hourly rate during a shift is below the standard minimum wage when tips are added, we will make up the difference. The tip pool is calculated on a shift basis.

Be on your feet for 100% of your shift - walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue

Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs

Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common

Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds

Frequently bend, reach, and stretch during your shift

Read and write handwritten notes
