We're currently recruiting for Part-Time Server positions near Asheville! This is an excellent work opportunity for High School or College students, recent retirees, or career-driven hospitality workers. You'll join a supportive work environment and enjoy meals provided during your shift. The shifts would include the hours 3:30p-8:30p, and the pay rate is per hour based on experience. Responsibilities of the role involve all aspects of dining room service, including greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food/drinks, bussing and sanitizing tables. The ideal candidate will have a service-mindedness and enjoy interacting with residents and their guests.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide all aspects of dining room service to Independent Living area residents and their families/guests in a traditional restaurant-style environment. 

• Interact and build rapport with residents/diners and their guests during meals. Dining areas are not officially open to the public outside of guests. 

• Provide exceptional service to diners while greeting and taking orders, delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, and sanitizing assigned areas.

• Additional tasks include setting up the dining room space, performing opening and closing duties, and conducting deep cleaning of the dining area as needed.
