Position Summary:
Gracie’s at Hotel deLuxe offers a timeless, elegant High Tea experience steeped in tradition and charm. The High Tea Server plays a key role in bringing that experience to life—providing gracious, polished service and creating moments of warmth and connection for every guest. This role blends classic service etiquette with genuine hospitality, ensuring each afternoon tea feels personal and memorable.
Server Responsibilities:
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Strong understanding of traditional tea service and refined table etiquette.
Exceptional communication skills, poise, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and anticipate guest needs.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with Hotel deLuxe and Gracie’s standards.
Dependable, honest, and adaptable to changing schedules and service demands.
Willingness to learn, accept direction, and apply constructive feedback.
General knowledge of food, beverages, garnishes, and menu timing.
Knowledge of table setups, condiments, and general food & beverage operations.
Valid Food Handler’s Card and OLCC/Alcohol Service Permit (as applicable).
