Service Greeter

Summary

This position is a part-time with 25-28 hours p/week.

The Service Greeter is responsible to welcome our Service customers with a warm and friendly demeanor and ensure they make it to the correct personnel and location. Employee fulfills primary responsibilities through positive, can-do attitude, customer service skills and clear communication. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome all Milton Martin Toyota customers with a smile
• Assist customers with the service bay process including, where to park their vehicle, the reason for their visit or confirmation of appointment and direction to the proper personnel
• Prep all incoming service vehicles by:
• Placing hat tag, seat cover and floor mat
• Documenting VIN and current mileage
• Perform photo walk-around to document current condition
• Work daily in DMS and Scheduler tool
• Monitor cleanliness of bay and entrance/exit to ensure safe conditions for employees and customers
• Clean-up as needed, or communicate major issues to management
• Complete the following open & close tasks:
• Display professionalism at all times, through appearance, body language, behaviors and communication
• Act in accordance with MMT 4 C’s
