Position Summary

The Service Station Attendant provides excellent customer service to patrons visiting the service station. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting daily station operations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Process cash, credit card, and other customer transactions accurately.


• Assist customers with fuel purchases and fill gas tanks when necessary.


• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service.


• Answer customer questions and provide directions or assistance as needed.


• Maintain cleanliness of the station, including collecting and disposing of outdoor trash.


• Process customer purchases and provide receipts.


• Help ensure a safe and organized work environment.


• Maintain flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience

• Previous customer service experience required.


• Cash handling and retail experience preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
