SFP Childcare Supervision Staff

We are seeking compassionate, responsible Childcare Supervision Staff to care for children (typically ages 0–12) while their parents participate in the program. This is a vital role that supports families by ensuring children are safe, engaged, and nurtured in a fun and structured environment. 

What You Willing Be Doing to Make a Difference... 

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities
   
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment at all times
   
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures
   
• Collaborate with other childcare staff and report concerns to the program coordinator
   
• Support a culturally sensitive, inclusive, and respectful environment for all families
• Driving is required
   

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in a childcare, educational, or community setting
• Ability to create a warm, safe, and structured atmosphere
• Strong communication skills and a calm, patient demeanor
