Summary:

 We need high-energy, customer-focused team members who can craft delicious shaved ice bowls, cut fruit with precision, blend ingredients to perfection, and provide top-notch service to every guest. If you love working with food, engaging with people, and bringing good vibes, we’d love to meet you! 

Principal Job Functions:

•  Crafting Magic – Create high-quality shaved ice bowls with fresh ingredients, ensuring consistency in texture, presentation, and flavor.
• Fruit Wizardry – Wash, slice, and prep fresh fruit for toppings, maintaining quality and freshness.
•  POS & Customer Flow – Work the register, handle transactions, and keep the line moving while providing excellent customer service.
•  Keep it Clean – Maintain a spotless workspace, including sanitizing tools, wiping counters, and following food safety protocols.
•  Engagement Extraordinaire – Talk to customers, explain menu offerings, and bring good energy to every interaction.
•  Stock & Prep – Refill ingredients, restock supplies, and keep inventory organized for a smooth service.
•  Team Player Mentality – Support your coworkers, follow procedures, and contribute to the overall success of Snow Day.

• No prior experience needed—just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Night & weekend availability is a must.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and great at multitasking.
• Passion for food, flavors, and fun!
• Able to work outdoors in the elements.
