Shift Manager - Restaurant & Bar - Part-Time - Lookout Tavern

We are seeking an ambitious and outgoing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, vibrant environment to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This current position will likely be 3 shifts a week. Mostly closing shifts.

Role Overview:

• Lead and inspire the restaurant and bar team during your shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Manage guest relations with a positive, approachable demeanor, resolving conflicts professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar staff, and management to uphold seamless operations.
• Assist in staff training, development, and performance management.
• Handle inventory controls, cash management, and daily reporting duties.
• Support promotional events and contribute to marketing initiatives to enhance guest engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years management experience in a restaurant and bar setting.
• Personable, energetic, and outgoing personality with strong leadership skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments effectively.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, scheduling, and cash handling procedures.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
