SUMMARY

The Shift Supervisor for our Bitcoin mining site is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of mining equipment, and maintaining a secure facility.  You'll be working directly with the Site Operations Manager overseeing all routine and preventive maintenance activities, building and training a team of technicians.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Supervising facility staff.


2. Managing power consumption for the mining site.


3. Coordinating with Technical team.


4. Implementing safety protocols.


5. Coordinating equipment maintenance and optimizing power usage.


6. Compliance with safety regulations.


7. Managing inventory.


8. Monitoring facility performance.


9. Promote safety, security and compliance in all aspects of facility operations.


10. On call during emergencies.


11. Creating and reviewing KPIs for the team.


12. Travel may be required.

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a critical infrastructure environment.


• Proven experience as a facility supervisor, preferably in cryptocurrency mining.


• Strong leadership qualities and hands on technical experience.


• Effective strategic planning.


• Experience in cryptocurrency mining operation.


• The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.


• Collaborating with other departments to achieve operational goals.


• Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
