Heinrich Chevrolet is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in delivering a positive dealership experience.
Pay: $16/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist in directing customers to the appropriate sales staff or department
- General clerical duties, including updating internal phone lists, tracking gas slips and dealer plates, accepting payments for vehicle sales, and writing receipts, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred, but not required
