Shuttel Driver/Lincoln Concierge Driver

Lincoln Concierge service member will offer personalized support for Lincoln vehicle owners, shuttling vehicles in for service and exchanging loaner vehicles. This individual is to provide a seamless, convenient ownership experience for Lincoln owners that have Concierge service. Emphasizing the human connection, ensuring you can provide excellent communication skills with hospitality and minimize disruptions in clients' daily life by offering features like complimentary loaner vehicles during service and coordinating pick-up and drop-off of clients' vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Shuttle vehicles for service


• Exchange loaner vehicles


• Provide personalized support


• Coordinate pick-up and drop-off of client's vehicles


• Ensure seamless ownership experience

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills


• Hospitality mindset


• Valid driver's license


• Class E drivers license


• Attention to detail


• Ability to work in Manchester, MO
