How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Home Health LVN on our skilled team, you’ll perform a variety of visits, including:

  Wound care

  
  


• 
  

  Medication administration

  
  


• 
  

  IV infusions

  
  

Work directly with patients to create a schedule that fits their needs—and yours. We work with Medicaid and private-pay insurances, so no OASIS paperwork! Company vehicles are provided for travel between visits. Independence and a desire to learn new clinical skills will help you thrive.

Requirements

• 
  

  Active Texas LVN license

  
  


• 
  

  1+ year LVN experience

  
  


• 
  

  Wound care experience preferred but not required
