Job Description - Skilled Nurse (1 Hour Visits) Group Home Patient - NW 89131

NurseCore is seeking a skilled nurse to provide scheduled visits for a young adult male in a group home setting. Care includes G-tube feedings with medications. 3 times per day, 7 days per week.

Paid Per Vist (1-hour visits):

RN: $50 - $55 per visit
LPN: $35 -$40 per visit

Visit schedule (1-hour visits)

Breakfast: Start time 7a or 8a
Lunch: Start time 12p or 1p
Dinner: Start time 4:30p or 5:30p

Requirements:

Active RN or LPN nursing license in Nevada
At least one year of post-grad experience
Skilled with G-tube feeding
Current hands-on CPR certification
Negative TB results within the last 12 months
Successful completion of a background check
