Job Description - Slide Attendant

Part-time

Description

Be able to speak with a variety of different groups, listen to their needs and work with big groups.
Encourage guests to attend or join an activity, and motivate them and keep them charged throughout the event.
Able to fix situations quickly, or adjust activities for all involved.
Able to speak clearly and passionately to guests, answer questions and keep people motivated.
Monitor pool entrance/exits in 30 minute increments.
Monitor the water slide at the pool, ensuring that guest/children are adhering to pool guidelines.
Able to work in all climates due to the position is located outside.

Requirements

Maintain and adhere to our company values and guidelines.
Must have great attention to detail and organization.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Willingness to be a flexible team player and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Great customer service skills
Must be CPR Certified
Tact, good judgement, and proven experience interacting with customers and resort management.
Maintain an organized and clean work area and hotel environment
