Snack Bar Attendant

• This is a part time role, hours are 6:30am-4:00pm, two or three days per week

Job Overview: The Snack Bar Attendant reports to the Food and Beverage Managers and is responsible for providing prompt and efficient service according to Bentwater Yacht & Country Club standards. 

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED


• Must be above 18 years of age.


• Prior restaurant or customer service experience highly preferred


• TABC (Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission) certification must be completed within 10 days of start date


• Must obtain Food Handler's certification within 10 days of start 


• On the job training provided upon employment


• Learn Jonas software and use proficiently


• Accurately count change


• Possess a positive and professional attitude at all times

Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare "cook to order" menu items


• Serve food and beverages available in the snack bar via counter service


• Serves alcoholic beverage in accordance with the TABC.


• Cleans up after guest, maintains cleanliness of Snack Bar dining area.


• Fill necessary condiment dispensers, maintains and preps dispensers for service.


• Order supplies daily as needed and reports deficiencies to F&B Manager.


• Secure snack bar before leaving.


• Maintain an atmosphere of positive employee morale.


• Prepares closing reports and drops daily sales receipts and cash at the Front Office.


• Prepare accurate sales reports and related paperwork.


• Insure the highest quality of food and beverage service.
