The Social & Digital Media Manager role is to partner with the Operator and the Director of Marketing to help plan and execute sales, culture, and original digital media content. These activities are designed to build relationships within the team and also within the community.
The Social & Digital Media Manager role is also designed to be an individual who will focus on continuously gathering creative ideas to build the brand, and heavily leverage our unique assets: Food, People, Cows, and Influence through Remarkable impressions on our social media platforms.

Some of the Social & Digital Media Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Manage social media platforms for Chick-fil-A Hiram and Dallas. Including, but not limited to:
- Using Chick-fil-A’s Brand Visual Identity Standards plan, write for, schedule, and monitor social media accounts for Chick-fil-A Hiram and Chick-fil-A Dallas, creating content that is original and unique to Chick- fil-A, Hiram and Chick-fil-A, Dallas (consistently posting 4-5 times and 3-4 times a week for stories on all social media platforms), and based on the needs of the business. Including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook & TikTok.
- Responding to comments and messages within 2-3 hours
- Updating cover photos and profile photos as needed to coincide with current campaigns
- Updating appropriate links within the proper profile settings
- Schedule posts as needed through Meta Business Suite
- Meet weekly with the Director of Marketing to ensure the social media plan remains focused and professional.
- Meet as needed with the Marketing Team to plan and coordinate events and promotions.
- Coordinate and plan in partnership with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Team special video projects that highlight Chick-fil-A Hiram and Dallas.
- Coordinate and plan in partnership with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Team social media photography sessions as needed for new menu items.
- Coordinate and plan in partnership with the Director of Marketing, Director of Training, Directors of Operations and the Marketing Team Campaign Kickoff videos.
- Schedule and facilitate the photography of promotion photographs for Team Members & photographs of Managers who have resigned for social media purposes.
- Using Chick-fil-A’s Brand Visual Identity Standards, create original graphic pieces need for various restaurant events/promotions for social media and in-restaurant promotions.
- Present at Chick-fil-A Dallas and/or Chick-fil-A Hiram events to assist with set up, clean up, assist with photography, etc...
- Change Reader Board as needed.
- Sampling new items added to the menu or based on need determined by the Director of Marketing.
- Assist with team-building gatherings/events for Chick-fil-A Hiram and Chick-fil-A Dallas.
- Assist Director of Marketing and/or Marketing Team with installation of Local, National, Seasonal, or Special Event, Elements, Décor, or Point of Purchase materials on an "as needed" basis.
- Prepare work anniversary cards for manager signatures (monthly).
- Report monthly social media analytics to the Director of Marketing at the end of each month to measure performance for Chick-fil-A Hiram and Chick-fil-A Dallas.

Time Commitment:
- 20-25 hours per week (additional hours available as the business develops)
- Availability required for social media posts outside of regular business hours
- Additional hours may be required as events and promotions are implemented
- Includes Sunday hours for Team Member events and menu changes
- Possible evenings hours based on event needs
- Possible Saturday hours based on event and business needs
- Present at each location to create original content for all social media platforms
- Present at each location to sample daily
- Clocking in/out and maintaining time in spreadsheet as needed for off-site time worked. Reporting time to the Director of Marketing or Director of Administration
