Social Media / Graphics Producer

About the role

We are looking for a talented and versatile Social Media Producer & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes fantasy football, understands the fast-paced nature of social media — especially on Twitter/X, TikTok and IG — and can create visually compelling graphics and short-form video content. You’ll play a key role in engaging our audience with creative posts, real-time reactions, and meme-driven content, especially during NFL games. This job will require weekend and night shifts, especially during the NFL season.

What you'll do

• Content Creation & Social Media Management:
• • Develop and post daily social media content across platforms — Twitter/X, TikTok, IG, BlueSky and Facebook
  • Deliver real-time content during NFL games, including highlights, graphics, memes and reactions
  • Stay current on fantasy football trends, player news and game-day updates to inform timely content
• Graphic Design:
• • Design high-quality, engaging visuals for social media using Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools
  • Create infographics, stat visuals, player comparisons and meme-based templates tailored to fantasy football fans
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
• Video Editing & Multimedia:
• • Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Twitter/X and Instagram Reels
  • Cut player and/or interviews and user-generated content for social sharing
  • Incorporate trending sounds, captions and effects to increase engagement
• Trend Spotting & Meme Integration:
• • Stay on top of fantasy football news, NFL narratives and internet culture
  • Identify and adapt trending memes and formats into timely, relevant content
• Community Engagement:
• • Interact with fans and followers in real-time, especially during games
  • Respond to questions and comments and repost UGC

Hours Expectation

• This role will require weekend and evening work, primarily on Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays during the NFL Season.

  • • Thursday - 4 Hours 8p-12a ET
    • Saturday - 8 Hours 10a-6p ET
    • Sunday - 8 Hours 1p-9p ET
    • Monday - 4 Hours 8p-12a ET
    • • This is a sample schedule and approximate hours. Hours will be determined based on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts with a focus on Twitter and TikTok
• Strong knowledge of fantasy football and NFL culture
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere/After Effects) or equivalent tools
• Quick video editing and meme creation abilities
• Available to work nights and weekends during NFL season
• Strong understanding of social media trends, internet culture and how to leverage them for engagement
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, game-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in sports media or the fantasy sports industry
• Familiarity with community management and social listening tools
