As we expand across the U.S., we’re seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to help bring our story to life and generate interest from future franchise owners.

As the Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the voice of our franchise opportunity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels. Your job is to create engaging content, promote open territories, spotlight franchisee success stories, and build awareness around the Zerorez franchise opportunity. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who is equal parts creative, strategic, and passionate about entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and schedule content that promotes the Zerorez franchise opportunity
• Write and design posts, Reels, carousels, and videos that attract and educate aspiring business owners
• Manage social media calendars and align messaging with current campaigns and available territories
• Collaborate with the franchise development team on paid social strategy and lead generation
• Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team.
• Highlight the journey of successful franchisees—especially technicians who became owners
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement from prospective franchisees
• Track performance metrics and recommend optimizations based on data
• Stay up to date on social media trends and apply best practices to the franchise space

Requirements

• 2–4 years of social media experience (brand, agency, or franchise development)
• Strong writing skills with the ability to tailor messages for B2B audiences
• Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools
• Understanding of lead generation, brand storytelling, and audience engagement
• Comfortable creating short-form video content (Reels, Stories, etc.)
• Highly organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with franchising or home services is a plus
