Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Sonographer II!

As a Sonographer II at MercyOne, you will:

• Perform ultrasound exams including OB/GYN, abdominal, breast, small parts, and other related Ultrasound procedures as necessary on scheduled or emergent basis
• Maintain related records
• Provide general assistance to the radiologist in interpreting studies
• Provide technical instruction to students and hospital staff

Schedule: 

• Per Diem (PRN)

General Requirements: 

• Must be registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with two of the following: 

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) 

Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) 

Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) 

Registered Musculoskeletal Sonographer (RMSKS)  

• Maintains active registry status with ARDMS (30 CME’s every 3 yrs/annual payment) 
• 2+ years sonography experience 
• Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training is required within six (6) months of hire and every three (3) years thereafter. 
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire and every two (2) years thereafter
